 Darryl with longtime friend and client, Jim Cantore | Entertainment Law A long-time veteran of the entertainment industry, Darryl’s experience and law practice cover all areas of an ever-expanding and ever-evolving industry. Darryl represents actors, on-air personalities, talent agencies, songwriters, bands, recording artists, models, photographers, record and television production companies, etc. Using skills honed during his years in the courtroom and at the negotiation table, Darryl advocates for his clients with a unique insight developed from his experiences as an actor, voice over talent, talk show host, along with providing TV and podcast commentary. He has represented clients in connection with major entertainment entities including Disney and Netflix. Uniquely aware of the pressures and potential pitfalls of film and television production, Darryl has represented clients dealing with work environments and improper behavior on sets. Along with being a past chair of the Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law section of the Florida Bar and a two-time past chair of the Entertainment and Sports Law section of the State Bar of Georgia, Darryl is the founder and permanent chair of the annual North American Law Summit focusing on Entertainment, Sports, and IP Law.
